The Greenhouse is a Wairoa owned and operated business with specialist staff that can assist you with your garden, landscape, florist, and gift needs.
To complement the relaxed environment, enjoy our onsite Café to replenish your energy levels with stylish, affordable, homemade cuisine! Make the most of the indoor/outdoor environment while you take the chance to “stop and smell the roses" with a coffee!

Stop on your way to Lake Waikaremoana or Mahia Beach. We have ample parking for vehicles towing boats and trailers, either out front of the Greenhouse or drive through to the landscape supplies area out the back.
For those who like healthy living, take a stroll across the bridge from Wairoa’s main street. This will give you the chance to visit Portland Lighthouse and enjoy the river view while doing so. You might even get to see some of the water activities! Afterwards you will be ready to relax at the Greenhouse, enjoying our healthy Café menu and natural garden environment.
